Delivery policy

1. Digital delivery only

SpaceMartX sells only digital products. Nothing is shipped physically and there are no shipping charges. Products are delivered to your SpaceMartX account and by email.

2. Instant delivery

Products marked “⚡ Instant delivery” (licence keys, activation codes and API keys) are delivered automatically within seconds of a successful payment. The key appears on your order page and is emailed to you.

3. Manual activation — within 2 business hours

Products marked “⏱ Within 2 hrs” need our team to activate a plan on your account. We complete these within 2 business hours (Mon–Sat, 10:00 AM – 7:00 PM IST). Orders placed outside these hours are completed early on the next working day. We will email you to confirm, and may ask for details such as your workspace URL — never your password.

4. Delays

Very rarely (for example if a product runs out of stock right after your payment) delivery can take up to 24 hours. Your order will show “Paid · key pending” and we will email the key as soon as it is ready. If we cannot deliver within 24 hours, you get a full refund — see our Refund policy.

5. Where to find your purchases

• My account → My orders — every order with its key and instructions.
• Email receipt — sent to your sign-in email (or the receipt email you added).
