These terms apply when you use SpaceMartX (operated by SpaceMartX (Proprietor: Your Name), Your full business address, City, State, PIN 000000, India) and buy products from us. By creating an account or placing an order, you agree to them.

1. Eligibility

You must be at least 18 years old and able to enter a legally binding contract under Indian law to buy from SpaceMartX.

2. Your account

You sign in with a one-time code sent to your email or mobile number. Keep access to that email or phone secure — anyone who can receive your codes can access your account. Tell us immediately if you think your account has been misused. We may suspend accounts used for fraud or for breaking these terms.

3. Products

We sell digital products: software licence keys, subscription plans and API keys. Each product page describes exactly what you get, how long it lasts and how it is delivered. Products are licensed, not sold — your use is also governed by the software publisher’s or service provider’s own licence terms.

4. Prices and payment

  • All prices are in Indian Rupees (INR) and include applicable taxes.
  • The price you pay is the price shown at checkout. If we make an obvious pricing error, we may cancel the order and refund you in full.
  • Payments are processed securely by Razorpay.

5. No automatic renewal

Nothing on SpaceMartX renews automatically. Monthly and yearly plans end after their stated validity. You are only charged when you place an order yourself.

6. Delivery

Delivery is digital, as described in our Delivery policy. Most keys are delivered instantly; manual activations are completed within 2 business hours.

7. Refunds and cancellations

Refunds and cancellations are covered by our Refund & cancellation policy.

8. Acceptable use

Keys and plans are for your own use (or your own organisation’s use). You must not:

  • resell, share publicly, or redistribute keys or plans;
  • use products for anything illegal or against the provider’s terms;
  • use stolen payment methods or make false chargebacks;
  • attempt to disrupt, scrape or break the security of this website.

We may cancel orders or revoke keys obtained by fraud or in breach of these terms.

9. Intellectual property

The SpaceMartX name, logo and site content belong to us. Product names and trademarks belong to their respective owners (see our Disclaimer).

10. Limitation of liability

We deliver products “as described” on their product pages. To the maximum extent permitted by law, our total liability for any claim related to an order is limited to the amount you paid for that order. We are not liable for indirect or consequential losses, or for issues caused by the third-party software or service itself — but we will always help you contact the provider or refund you where our refund policy applies.

11. Governing law

These terms are governed by the laws of India. Courts at the city of our registered address have exclusive jurisdiction, without affecting your rights as a consumer under the Consumer Protection Act, 2019.
