Refund & cancellation policy

We want you to be happy with every purchase. Because digital keys can’t be “returned” once used, this policy explains clearly when you can get your money back.

1. When you get a full refund

You can request a 100% refund within 7 days of purchase if:

  • the key or activation code you received is invalid or does not work, and we can’t replace it;
  • your product was not delivered (or a manual activation was not completed within 24 hours);
  • you were charged twice for the same order;
  • the key is unused — it has not been activated, redeemed or used to make API requests.

2. When refunds are not possible

  • After the key has been activated, redeemed or used (unless it was faulty).
  • After 7 days from the date of purchase.
  • When the product works as described but you changed your mind after using it.

3. Cancellations

You can cancel an order any time before it is delivered (for example, a “Within 2 hrs” activation or a “key pending” order) and get a full refund. Instantly delivered keys count as delivered the moment they appear on your order page; for these, section 1 applies.

4. How to request a refund

  1. Email support@spacemartx.com or use the contact form.
  2. Include your order ID and the reason. For an invalid key, a screenshot of the error helps.
  3. We reply within 24 hours and confirm whether the refund is approved.

5. How you are refunded

Approved refunds are sent to your original payment method (same UPI ID, card or bank account) through Razorpay. The money normally reaches you within 5–7 business days, depending on your bank.

6. Failed payments

If money was debited but your payment failed or your order does not show as paid, you don’t need to do anything — the amount is automatically reversed by your bank or Razorpay, usually within 5–7 business days. If it hasn’t arrived after that, email us your payment ID and we’ll chase it for you.
